WHO AM I?

I’m Aleksandar Sesum, a technology leader with more than 12 years of experience in IT, having built my career from the ground up and grown through a wide range of technical, operational, and leadership roles.

My experience spans highly regulated healthcare and financial services environments, where reliability, security, compliance, governance, and risk management are critical. Over the years, I’ve led teams and initiatives across IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, service delivery, integrations, and broader technology strategy.

Because I started close to the work, I’ve always tried to stay grounded in how technology actually impacts people day to day. I believe strong IT leadership comes from listening, working hard, building trust, and understanding the business just as much as the technology.

I’m passionate about building strong teams, simplifying complexity, improving security and governance, and finding practical ways to use technology and AI to create real business value.

I’m a big believer in continuous improvement. There is always more to learn, a better way to do something, or an opportunity to help a team grow. That mindset has shaped my career and continues to guide how I lead today.
